This low-cost option for IBM eServer BladeCenter allows you to upgrade your existing power capabilities without buying new hardware. This option gives you the ability to take advantage of additional certifications and extend capabilities of your existing 1200W power supplies and the BladeCenter chassis. BladeCenter"s unmatched flexibility provides support for higher processor frequencies and higher capacity power supplies with simplicity and ease. Kit contains new labels for four power supplies and a new chassis label. In addition, four IEC C20 to C19 line cords are also included for customers that wish to change their PDU structure.
The 90P0197 supports operation of the BladeCenter chassis containing 1200W power supplies at 1400W.
